I have bough this USB headphones Plantronics C320-M for my laptop.

But, I can only use them for PC calls. These headphones doesn't work when I play any media file(mp3/video) or any youtube video on my laptop.

Kindly suggest what settings and configurations I need to make on my laptop so that I can use these headphones for every use like normal headphone/earphone of 3.5mm audio jack.

    Hi,

The issue that you're experiencing might be due to a misconfigured settings. However, for us to isolate it better, kindly answer the following questions:

    • Have you already tried using the headphone in some other computers? Did it work as expected?
    • Do you get any error messages?
    • Have you also checked if the headphone shows-up in Device Manager? If you still haven't, you can follow the steps below:

Check if the headphone shows-up in device manager, if you are not sure how to do that, please follow the steps below.

    1. Click Start, type devmgmt.mscin search box and select devmgmt from the results. This opens the device managerconsole. Now, click on the triangle for Sound, video and game controllers.
    2. Right-click on the sound device, select properties. There from the driver and details tab you can determine the device and drivers.
    3. If there is any yellow exclamation mark on headphone, right-click and update driver.

Check if that solves the problem.

We're looking forward to your reply.

    Regards.
