User tile, Windows 10.

I am asking a question I saw asked before, but no correct answer was given and the thread is locked now. When I try to use Ctrl/Alt/Del while using the on-screen keyboard, a pop-up window appears and tells me to go to my user tile to select this option. I do not know what the user tile is, what it looks like, or anything. I saw an indication for Windows 8 that the user tile is at the extreme right end of the task bar, but I am in Windows 10 and do not see anything there I would call a "user tile."

Okay, great...now at least I know what/where the user tile is. Now a really dumb question...although I know Ctrl/Alt/Del brings up multiple options, what is that action actually called should I need to go to the user tile to select it?

Hi I'm a fellow Community member here to help if I can. And Windows 10 user tiles are located inside the start menu. Please see the following guide for help with this
