    Hi Sajan,

    Navigate to here:

    C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

Or click start and type "shell:startup"

    Then here:

    C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp

Or click start and type "shell:common startup"

Right click on the taskbar, and open Task Manager - click more details, then click the startup tab. See if your application is there.

Make sure it’s not in those locations, and disabled from task manager.

Let me know if this helps!

Hi Sajan. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 8 year Windows MVP, here to help you.

See Step 4 in this checklist for how to access all Startup locations to look for the program to disable it at Startup. http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...

Your PC doesn't really need anything to Start up with WIndows except Windows, perhaps a Sync, scanner standby, and anything else you absolutely need to have running and can't wait to open it yourself.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.

If it is, select it and click 'Disable'

When the System Configuration dialog opens, click on the Services Tab

Check the box marked 'Hide Microsoft Services'

In the remaining list See if Wallpaper32.exe is listed there, uncheck any you find

    Click Apply and OK

    Restart your System . . .
