Microsoft Wedge Mobile Bluetooth Keyboard

I have used my Wedge keyboard with my laptop for about 2 years. Yesterday it stopped working and although I can turn it on and off I cannot get it to pair. It flashes red all the time but only flashes a green when it is being turned off. I have followed the pairing instructions religiously and the batteries are relatively new. Any solutions to this please or is it a hardware fault that requires a new Wedge? And what does a flashing red indicate as the instructions do not say.

    Hello Richard,

We need additional information for us to isolate your concern about not being able to pair your Microsoft Wedge Mobile Keyboard. Please provide the operating system which your laptop computer is running on.

You may also restart your laptop computer and try to pair your keyboard again to see if that would resolve the issue.

You can also download the product guide at this link if you need the information on how you can properly connect/pair your keyboard to your laptop computer.

Note: Make sure that the Bluetooth is enabled on your laptop computer for the keyboard to connect.

We hope to hear from you soon.
