How do I set the default volume for my bluetooth speaker?

I used to be able to just turn on my bluetooth speaker and the volume would always default to a certain volume number like 22, but now when I turn on my bluetooth speaker it defaults to max volume, 100, so I have to turn down the volume. How do I set the default volume back to 22 every time I turn on my bluetooth speaker?

Edit: I forgot to say, I use dfx audio enhancer to increase the volume on my laptop so that might affect it and I've tried turning it off but didn't solve the problem. I've also tried to remove and re-pair the speaker and my laptop. Tried uninstalling what I think was the driver for the speaker. Tried changing the default audio.

Open Start, type: change sound card

    Hit Enter

    Select the Playback tab

    Right click your Bluetooth Speakers

    Click Properties

    Click the Levels tab

    Click Balance

Use the slider to adjust the volume.

in volume mixer, did you set the main volume, log off and log back on. plug in headphones and set the volume for it in volume mixer. Log off and back in again.

I have a laptop that kept doing this. when I did this above, the volume stayed at the settings I set for the headphones.

Does the Bluetooth headphones also have a volume settings on the headphones ???

The OP's question is about a Bluetooth speaker, not headphones.  He even provided a link to show the speaker he's using.
