Microsoft driver update for HP LaserJet 2200 Series PCL 5 - Error 0x80240061

Dell 3590, new!  Windows 10, will not install the driver for my printer.  Windows update gives the above error code.  Tried the troubleshooter, no dice.

    When the update is offered, hide this update using the following troubleshooter tool:

    Download Windows 10 Updates Troubleshooter Tool from Microsoft

    Click on "Hide updates" option and you'll be able to hide desired update given in the list.

    Hello Steven

    I would suggest you to run Windows update troubleshooter and check. Please follow these steps:

    a. Type troubleshooting in the search box on the taskbar.

    b. Click troubleshooting in the search results.

    c. Click "View all" and then click "Windows Update".

    d. Click "Next" and follow on-screen instructions.

    Compatibility Mode

    Download the driver for your printer from the support website of HP and install it in compatibility mode for Windows 10.

    To download the driver, search the printer model on the support website of HP.

    Once you have download the driver, try to install it in compatibility mode.

    a. Right click on the setup file of the driver and select Properties

    b. Select Compatibility Tab

    c. Place a check mark next to Run this program in Compatibility mode and select the operating system accordingly from the drop down list.

    d. Let the driver to install and then check the functionality
