Can you guys please release a offline installer for Windows Movie Maker 2012?

Microsoft stopped supporting Movie Maker 2012 as of January 10, 2017. There are no longer any online or offline installers left on the Microsoft servers. Given they have stopped supporting it, I don't think you can expect them to re-add the offline installers.
That being said, you can find archived copies of the offline installers on places like archive.org.
