Hi Yuganhara. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 8 year Windows MVP, here to help you.

It is not normally a virus, but means the System files have been unhidden and is showing the System Volume Recycle Bin for that drive. Hide System files in File Explorer > View > Options > Change Folder and Search Options > View > disable Show Hidden Files and check Hide Protected Operating System Files, approve security box, Apply, Save.

But to be sure go over this checklist to make sure the install is set up correctly, optimized for best performance, and any needed repairs get done: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...

Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files. Then continue with the other steps to go over your install most thoroughly.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.

    Hi Yugandhara,

What makes you think $Recycle.Bin is a virus?

If you see that in Windows File Explorer - that is the Recycle Bin folder

    Open Windows File Explorer

On the View Ribbon, click Options

In the resulting dialog, click on the View Tab

Scroll down and check the box marked, 'Hide Protected Operating System Files'

    Click Apply and OK

You should now not see that folder . ..

It might be safe file or it might be a virus pretending to be safe file.

Update your Anti-Virus software and run a full system scan with it.

Try run scan with Windows Defender Offline:
