This issue appears to be a missing driver problem. To install the correct driver, please download it from the manufacturer website. You can refer to manuals or product box for the manufacturer website. Another method to install its drivers is via the Windows Update. Simply go to Settings > Update & Security > Check for updates. Internet connection is required for this method. If Windows Update didn't find any driver, try installing the driver from the Device Manager:
- Right-click on the Start button, and select Device Manager.
- The Wi-Fi adapter should fall under Unknown devices.
- Right-click the unknown device and select Update driver.
