How to play music from my PC to my old stereo receiver?

I have 120 GB of music on my PC, and I want to listen to my favorite FM station thru my PC, and hear this on my old but good stereo receiver.

Cannot hard-wire. I bought a Bluetooth usb adapter and a Bluetooth receiver to connect to my stereo.

I can install Bluetooth OK, but how to send my sound output to it?

    1. How would I make sure the devices are paired?
    2. While Device Manager shows my Broadcom Bluetooth USB Device, Bluetooth does not show as an option under Sounds.
