Usually you need to use the physical monitor controls on the display to re-orient the display back to its original full screen.

    Also

Press Control + Alt + 1 (thats the number one).

You can also press Windows key + A then toggle off auto-rotate.

    and

Open Start > Settings > System > Display

Make sure recommended settings are selected for Scale and Layout and Screen resolution.

Hi Brenda, can you please explain this in a bit more detail - what are you seeing on your PC?

If half of your screen is missing:

Open Device Manager (accessible by right clicking your Start Button)

    Expand the Display Adapters Section

Right click your video card and choose Properties

On the Driver Tab, choose 'Roll back Driver'

Restart your PC once done . . .

If that does not resolve the issue, go to the support page for your device on the manufacturers website, then download and install the video driver they recommend, it may well be an older version to the one you are currently running

    Hi BrendaRussell2

I am Wilfredo an Independent advisor

1- Change the resolution of the screen to its maximum in those cases in which the screen has been modified by selecting a non-native resolution. To do so, right click on the desktop and select the "Customize" option. There, click on "Screen Settings", then scroll the entire resolution bar to the right and press "OK" to confirm your choice. This should restore the screen to its correct size.

2- Use the monitor controls if the one you use is a CRT and the screen size was changed. Simply press the "Menu" key on your screen, then move it until you find the horizontal and vertical size options. Increase them as much as necessary by using the correct buttons on your monitor to maximize it.

3- Increase the size of the window used keyboard or mouse shortcuts if the size of the screen is less than the maximum due to the configuration of the programming. You will achieve this by clicking on the "Maximize Window" button (between the "_" and the "X" in the upper right corner of the screen). Another way to do it is to maximize the size of the screen by double clicking on the top bar of the window or by using the key combination "Ctrl", "Alt" and "Pause".

    I hope it helps you
