Hi All,
Please I need help to someone who knows how to fix my problem. I already bought a genuine Black Ink and fill the tank but when I try to print documents, it was gray and unable to read the document that was already print out in paper. I don't know what to do. Please I need help. Thanks in advance....
P.S..... There was no "MAINTENANCE TAB in Printer Settings"..

When you select print and it goes to a screen and you see the printer and there is a spot for preferences.
Click on it and then on Maintenance at the top. There you can do Head cleaning etc.
You may see also a box after the printer name called Preferences and again Maintenance is at the top.
I have an XP-620 and a XP-960 active and a Stylus NX-400 that was replaced with the XP-960.
