Seems normal - I have it too. The one with the number after it seems to be some kind of non-removable beta/trial.
No, I didn't use Paint - but did use the SnippingTool.

I was looking through my services, and I found two services with the name OneSyncSvc, except one had _69818 at the end. Is this normal? (yes, I used Paint)
