Installing Chrome on Surface laptop

I purchased a surface laptop 2 days ago.  I have Chrome on all other computers in the office. and I cant seem to install Chrome on this new laptop.  It will download Chrome but then it will not Run the installation.  Edge pops up and says that it is faster.
