    Press WIndows key + R

    Type: shell:cookies

    Hit Enter

    To clear cookies:

    In Microsoft Edge:

In the top right, click the Hub icon (looks like three horizontal lines).

Click the History icon, and then select Clear all history.

Select Browsing history, then Cookies and saved website data, and then Cached data and files. Click Clear.

After the "All Clear!" message appears, exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

Thank you.  I'm trying to actually view the cookies.

Windows Key +R brings me to the INETCookies folder.  The document in the folder is "deprecated.cookies".  The document reads as follows:  "Cookies are no longer stored in files.  Please use Internet*Cookie* APIs to access cookies."

I don't know what that last sentence means.  Where can I go to view the individual cookies on my computer?  Thanks.
