Webroot is a cyber security service. They provide services such as Antivirus and Antimalware.
Webroot Secure Anywhere. Smarter Security
It depends, Webroot is name of Anti-Virus product and is trustworthy but we are seeing malwares which creates same name as Antivirus software to fool users.
Please explain a bit more about your issue.
If you are downloading it from official website, then you are fine.
But if it comes out of blue and without you know about it, then you should be suspicious.
