    Hi Ann,

If there is no Recycle Bin icon on your Desktop

Right click your Desktop and choose Personalise

In the resulting Settings App, click Thees on the left

Then on the far right, click 'Desktop Icon Settings'

From there you can turn on the Recycle Bin icon on your Desktop

Open the Recycle Bin and drag that folder out onto your Desktop

    That's It!

OMG, in frustration just typed Recycle bin in the Search box and it popped up.  Found my folder.  Retrieved it.  Why didn't I do that first? !

If not on your desktop you can find it in File Explorer.  Click on View, Navigation pane, Show all folders.

Loon near the bottom and you will find Recycle Bin.

Click on the file and drag to where you deleted it from and drop there.

    Win 10 Home

    version 1803

    OS Build 17134.165

No Personalization when I right click on desktop. I accidendally found it when I got to Themes and esktop icons.  Recycle bin is checked bit when I look for it on Desktop, I can't see it.
