Random devices popping up on Windows explorer under Network?

Random devices that i did not connect to my network are popping up under the Network section of Windows Explorer. However, when i check on my Netgear Router settings, none of these devices appear anywhere. They don't appear on the list that shows what is currently connected and they are not on the list that shows devices are not connected but once were.

I don't understand how these devices are on my Network. And I'm not sure if this is just an issue with Windows 10.

These are 2 items that have popped up

Did anyone find out for sure what it is. I don't own Honda but a "Car-C797" device is listed on my home network. c797 happens to be the last characters of the MAC address of this device under close inspection. I have my Wifi quite tightly secured and still seeing this device. The properties of this device mention DENSO, which happens to be a parts supplier for car manufacturers. As I mentioned, I don't own HONDA anything. Could a neighbor's car phone system be logged into my WIFI. How come?

I think it is your digital antenna. It appears to be mine.
