Hello, I understand that you are having some trouble getting the Kworld DVD Maker 2 to work for Windows 10. First, I want you to check if the box says it supports Windows 10. If it doesn't, you will have to visit their official website to download the latest drivers they are "officially"distributing.

    Hope this helps!

Hi Nazri. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 9 year Windows MVP, here to help you.

Uninstall the software from Settings > Apps > Apps & Features, restart the PC.

Then download the latest version fresh download from the software's Support Downloads web page, try installing it in Compatibility Mode: https://www.laptopmag.com/articles/set-compatib...

Did this work in an earlier version of Windows 10? Did you just have a version or Windows upgrade? If so you might be able to Go Back at Settings > Update & Security > Recovery.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.
