I just did a Windows 10 update on my laptop and now the back lighting of the keyboard is turned off.  How do I turn it back on?

    Hi Charlie,

On a Dell, usually pressing the Fn Key and right arrow will adjust your keyboard lighting

If not, boot into BIOS (F2) from the Dell logo screen and check the Keyboard backlit setting in there . . .

Did you try pressing F10 on your keyboard?

What is the exact make and model?

    Open Start, type: system information

    Hit Enter

    Click System summary

    Look in the right pane

Copy the system sku info into reply here.
