MS is making changes to Windows 10 that often requires new drivers. But if the hardware maker does not provide the updated drivers, and the default windows drivers to not work you are SOL. Version 1803 has made many changes requiring new drivers. Not too long ago, MS made changes to Win 10 that effectively killed off 4 makes of "ATOM" CPUs that were only 3-4 years old at the time.
Go to the Haier site. You say they don't have Version 1803 specific drivers, but try to find earlier Windows 10 or even 8 drivers or drivers for other similar (even though not identical) devices in the same "family"). Download and install them to see if they will still work with Windows.
