Hi MichelleVUB
This is a fairly common problem, but also with a simple solution .... There are several ways to solve it, try discarding.
Better if you do it in the order that I tell you because the last option is to uninstall and reinstall Chrome that the truth is usually quite infallible ... But before you have many other ways to do it. I would resort to the latter as the last option, worth the benefit.
First:
It is important that Chrome is updated to the latest version, because if it is not the case may arise the problem that you comment on the latest version of Chrome.
Second:
This may not work, but if this is the case you should not worry. There is another way you can fix it by changing a configuration aspect in Chrome's advanced options.
. Click on the three points icon in the upper right corner of the screen in Chrome. A tab will be displayed in which you must select from the available configuration options.
. Swipe to the end of the screen. Now you must go down and press Advanced Options.
. Finally, look within the "System" section for the Use hardware acceleration option when available and activate the tab.
Now it must work. If this is not the case, there are more options, Dont'Worry jejejejjee
Third:
Uninstall the new extensions and delete the cookies from Chrome since sometimes this is the problem.
The extensions in the browser can lead to some problem of this type, so untying these extensions would end the problem. Deleting the cookies from Chrome is also another option that would solve this problem ..
Fourth:
If none of this works, uninstall and reinstall Chrome. With this final step there is little room for the same thing to happen to you.
I hope I've been helpful
