Do you have a physical Num Lock Key on your computer? If yes, press it once to unlock.

If not, type OSK in Cortana Search > Click on-screen keyboard > See if Num Lock Key is there or not > If not, click Options > Check Turn on numeric key pad > OK > Here you can toggle it Off.

    Hi,

1-Go to the Control Panel from the Start Menu.

2-Navigate to the Ease of Access Center.

3-Go to Make the keyboard easier to use.

4-Navigate to Control the mouse with the keyboard and uncheck the “Turn On Mouse Keys” option.

5-Click on Apply and then on OK.
