i dont know what to do my wired mouse isnt working

    Hi i,

    Unplug the USB, and plug it into another port. If it doesn’t start working, hard boot down. Push and hold the power button down (do not let it go) after about 8 seconds, the pc will shut down. Let go of the button. After a few seconds, turn it back on, and it should try to boot back up, let’s see if the mouse comes back!

    hello i

    try plugging it into a different usb port

    check the light check that the lights are on y they light are on try to update drive.

    how do you update the drive ?

    write in cortana Device management o search in the all app > go to mice and other pointing devices> select the mouse > right click> update the drive if that doesn't work

    in device management > go to mice and other pointing devices> select the mouse > right click > option > device uninstall and reinstall it again
