I tried a bunch of things that I saw on older posts but none helped. Any advice?

I want to update Itunes but when I try it gives me a popup box that it can't find itunes64.msi, which apparently is needed to either update or uninstall itunes (to then install it fresh).

Hello, I see that you are having trouble with getting the proper iTunes. I assume that you have a 64 bit version of Windows. You may be able to check by right clicking on the Windows button on the bottom left and selecting "Systems". If it says you have a 64 bit Operating System, you have downloaded the right thing and there is nothing to worry about.

    Hope this helps!

Hello Michael. What exactly is the issue? You did not really post an error or any issue.
