2018-08-09T01:40:34+00:00 Hello Mahmoud,
We still can't identify the possible causes of this issue, but for us to isolate and assist you better with this concern we need to gather the following information:
- When did you start noticing this issue? Have you made any recent changes to your computer prior to it?
- Are you also experiencing internet connection error when accessing other applications/programs or when browsing the web?
- Have you already tried performing a clean boot? If you still haven't, you may give that a try and see if it makes any difference. This helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program in Windows 10.
Note: Please go through the section: How to reset the computer to start as usual after troubleshooting with clean boot of the KB article to boot the computer in normal startup after fixing the issue.
We're looking forward to your response.

2018-08-14T07:13:27+00:00 We appreciate your update, Mahmoud. Based on the information you've provided, it's possible that the major culprits of this issue are network misconfiguration. We understand that it's the only way you can connect to the internet, but it is still best connecting your computer to a wired network connection for us to isolate it better. We also recommend performing the troubleshooting steps in this article: Fix network connection issues in Windows.
Feel free to update us with the results.
