MSN is my home page but I am continually asked to make it my home page. How can I stop this from continually popping up when I start Firefox? By clicking no thanks it doesn't help.

Hi Richard,

Once the default home page is not yet set, customers will get a prompt to make the website the homepage. Once the customer sets the hompage they will now have an option to not get any additional prompts. The header prompt you're seeing is for an MSN addon or extension that can be installed in the browser you're using. The prompts are based on the website itself and will occasionally show up to offer the option to install the addon or extension.

Feel free to reach out to us for any further concerns.
