    Hello John,

    Usually, you will need a USB cable or a memory card reader to transfer photos from your camera or memory card. If your computer is running on the Windows 10 operating system, you can simply import photos and videos using the Photos app.

    To do so, please do the following:

    1. Connect your camera to your computer using a USB cable and/or plug in your memory card to your PC.
    2. Launch the Photos app.
    3. Select Import and choose From a USB device, then follow the instructions. You can pick the items you want to import and select where to save them.

    For additional help, we recommend that you get in touch with your camera's manufacturer.
