2018-08-12T11:54:11+00:00 Buddy i appreciate it but im about to give up. Ive been working on this for 5 hours. I have read every direction there is and yours and it just takes me to diffrent sites. This is stupid. You should just be able to go to apples site and download it. But no it has to take you to the next page with 50 diffrent downloads. I do have itunes and uninstalled it and reinstalled it. So how do i hook up there if you dont mind telling me. Im worn out!! Lol. Yhanks buddy

If Apple Mobile Device service is not appearing in the Services Utility, you should re-install iTunes which will in turn re-install that service . .

Do you have iTunes installed on your machine?
Let’s do something else for me, click start, and type “services.msc” and open it up. (Not sure if you already did this, just making surr”
On this list, do you see Apple Mobile Device Service?
If no, installing iTunes will help.
