How do you know you have Trojan?
What are behaviors?
Have you tried scanning with Windows Defender Offline:

I have a trogan virus on my new computer, operating on Win 10 and I need help. I don't know why it got past the Windows Defender and now I am wondering if I should install an AntiMalware Free to the remove the program.
What's the difference between Defender and AntiMalware? If I need an AntiMalware, which one is compatible with Windows?

I couldn't get to the start button...that's how I knew it was a trogon. That's the same type of totally-unresponsiveness that I've seen from trogon viruses in the past. The trogon freezes the computer and nothing responds...no even the start (power) button.
The only way I've been able to deal with Trogon viruses in the past is to either:
1. Open Task Manager--right click on every process running--make sure the processes are in the Win Sys folder--but these days, even the Trogons hide in the WinSys32 subfolders--and shut each one down. This is very tedious process, but a fail-safe method. But it doesn't get rid of the virus, it only allows you to shut the computer off so you can look for a solution without risking letting some hacker look at your stuff.
or
Unfortunately, it's been too many years since I've done anything in DOS and I can't even remember how to get to DOS when Windows isn't responding.
Does that help?

Why do you think your computer is infected?
If you see a popup stating your computer was infected and to call a number for assistance that is the tech support popup scam.
Usually you can close down the browser without issue though sometimes you need to close it using Task Manager. Occasionally you may need to do a hard shutdown using the Power button. When you restart the computer do not restore your browser if asked to do so.
Any new browser extensions or items in startup that need to be disabled/removed?

Some users report that programs such as Ublock Origin or another ad blocker will prevent these “malvertising” popups from appearing.
If the issue recurs on a “regular” basis you may want to follow the steps in https://malwaretips.com/blogs/remove-tech-support-scam-popups/ You may not need Hitman Pro (available as a trial version) but note that you may need to reset your browsers.

If you cannot resolve the issue you may want to install a different antimalware program.
