Windows 10 White Screen virus issue and unable to start windows in safe mode.

My other system is infected by the White Screen Virus/Malware. I went through a number of solutions. All mention starting the system in safe mode. Every time I try that windows starts a diagnosis. After a while the white screen comes up. Thus am unable to start my system in anyway possible. I read about hitman pro kickstart mode. But unfortunately the kickstart (i.e. installing software in USB and scan affected system) is removed due to some windows update. Thereby none of the solutions so far have worked for me. Kindly assist me as to how can I resolve the problem.

If you have access to another PC you can download one or more of these:

    https://www.lifewire.com/free-bootable-antiviru...

However it may be best to go directly to one of the malwareremoval sites I mentioned to be sure of a 100% cleaning.

Thanks for your reply. The biggest problem here is that none of them have option to run the software from a usb . Since my system does not open up in safe mode either. I am unable to access these tools on my system through websites.

Earlier there used to be option to install hitmanpro Kickstart on usb and run it on affected system. Are you aware of any such option?

No recovery points. I even tried restoring windows options. That also did not work.

You’ll have to go to step two & register with a specific malware removal forum as you can’t access your PC.

    Try running these programs:

    MBAM free: https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/

    Eset online scanner: http://www.eset.com/us/online-scanner/

    Adwcleaner: https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-a...

If these do not fully remove the virus/malware then it will be wise to register with a malware removal site to receive dedicated malware removal instructions, an expert will remain with you throughout the process until confirmation that your PC is 100% clean.

    Malwarebytes virus/malware removal forum:

    https://forums.malwarebytes.com/forum/7-windows...

    Bleeping computer malware/virus removal forum:

    https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/forum22...

Hi Harsh, do you have any restore point you can go back to rpior to this White screen happening?

Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

    Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt . . . etc.

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - System Restore

Check to see if you have a restore point you can go back to
