Uninstalling Bonjour

I type C:\Program Files\  in the command prompt (I am administrator) and when the Bonjour folder appears, I hit delete.  Every time it tells me that it can't delete because I have it open somewhere on my computer.  I cannot find out where.  So what can I do to safely uninstall or can you tell me how to find and close the supposedly 'opened Bonjour folder'?

    My name is Fernando. I am an Independent Advisor. I am here to guide you with uninstalling bonjour.

    There are two ways you can attempt to uninstall bonjour.

    1. Does it show up in the Add/Remove Programs in your control panel?

    1. If that doesn't work try downloading and uninstalling the program using the Microsoft Uninstaller. Here is the link.
