Says "code execution cannot process because VCRUNTIME140.dll not found. Reinstalling the program may fix."

 WHAT PROGRAM DOES IT MEAN???

Error message stays on the screen until shutdown, comes back at Windows start. Can move the error box around the screen, things work normally but the box is always in the way.

    Hi Alan, the file VCRUNTIME140.dl is part d the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015

    You should download that and install it to resolve these errors:

    Use Revouninstaller to uninstall all existing installations of the Visual C++ Redistributable:

    Then proceed to download and install all the appropriate ones you need:

    Direct download links:

    Download Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2015 (32bit)

    Download Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2015 (64bit)

    http://download.microsoft.com/download/9/3/F/93...

    If that does not work, install the 2017 version instead:

    Download Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2017 (32bit)

    https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=746571

    Download Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2017 (64bit)

    If that does not work, try performing a clean install of Windows 10.
