I have this exact problem with a particular site on all of my devices on all of my browsers at home. The only exception is on my cell when I shut off Wi-Fi and use my data, which tells me it must be some sort of modem issue. I flushed my DNS and reset the modem and nothing changed. Help!!
Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.usps.com/" on this server. Reference ###### Also, Ebay denied.
Just started receiving this message on all computers. There is an old question and answer on here from 2010. Is there an update on how to workaround this issue, or a way to delete the cause. My search on the Internet produced results such as re-boot router, clear browser history, flush DNS (over my head)..... or maybe not, if necessary.
The Reference Number changes at each new search. This also affected an Apple here and I have no knowledge of them.
Is it a virus or malware or ????? I'm gonna try to "restore" to an earlier date. I haven't read that suggestion, yet the issue must be deeper than this computer since it affects the other computer in use.
Thanks for your help.

2018-02-22T18:29:10+00:00 I dont know but I'm thinking if your apple and pc's both have the same issue - its your modem/router settings. Try restarting that maybe ? Might look at its date settings. An incorrect date or some odd things and many webservers will suspect something suspicious and will not allow the connection.

2018-05-14T23:55:15+00:00 I have been having the same error message and the only way that I could work around it was to use a proxy web page first like http://www.justproxy.co.uk and and then typing is to go on that page to usps.com home page on their site which resulted in www.justproxy.co.uk/index.php?q=aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cudXNwcy5jb20v which is a hot-link that I just bookmarked.

2018-02-24T02:15:20+00:00 Thanks for the input Mike. That's along the lines of my thinking. The router has been reset.
I'm not a geek to know about the router settings. I looked at many things yesterday in an attempt to track iwhat is happening Today, ebay is back, yet the IRS is blocked. I haven't tried the usps site, but hubby says various site searches get that result. When I search the IRS, the suggested alternate sites produce the same ACCESS DENIED.
This must be a problem that others have encountered. I suspect something was attached to an incoming e-mail with a vendor the hubby was having a beef with.
Anyway, if a tech gets hold of this question, I'll have a definitive answer.
Oh, Restore was unsuccessful, and I haven't researched a DNS flush yet. I was planning on completing our income tax return today.
You know, it looks phony somehow on the screen, and that reference number changes each time as well.
