Resolution setting is grayed out in Display Settings. Windows 10 laptop with external monitor

Hi

I connected my windows 10 laptop to a V7 D22W12 monitor.

The driver of the monitor is Non-PNP Generic.

Maximum resolution of this monitor is 1680 x 1050 But I only have 1366 x 768 option and it's grayed out. How can I get the maximum resolution?

This is how it looks:

I checked resolutions on Advanced Display Settings. It looks like this:

    Click Start > Settings > System > Display

    Scroll down to the bottom

    Click Advanced display settings

    Click Display adapter properties for Display

    Monitor tab

    Change the screen refresh rate to 59 MHz

    I have just one single option here...

    I found a solution

    In Intel VGA properties there is a custom resolution option. I added 1680x1050 60Htz and activated with Advanced Display Settings.

    It's done but the display is still a little blurry and off screen.

    I have to re position screen every time I turn the monitor on.

    How can I correct the blurred screen?
