chkdsk stuck at 12%

My laptop is just 3 days old and its disk usage is always 100%, I tried to chkdsk to help it but it also got stuck at 12%, I tried to disable the windows search option but it helps temporarily, help me solve this, the system is updated and so the drivers but nothing can stop it using 100%

    Let us first check the disk.

    Download and run HDTune .

    http://www.hdtune.com/

    Select the Disk where OS is installed.

    Make screenshots of the following

    • the health
    • the error scan
    • the benchmark

    Post back the screenshots.

    It is a free Software. With Windows you cannot get true health of the HD.

    You always have the option to uninstall later.

    are you checking system drive (c:) or another drive?
