Have you tried recharging the pen yet? If the pen and power is not an issue, this could be a driver related issue. In the meantime, try running the hardware and devices troubleshooter in Windows 10, open Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Hardware and Devices, and select Run the troubleshooter. Also, please download and install the latest appropriate driver for the graphics tablet and Windows 10 from Ugee website. Testing the graphics tablet on a different device can also help us identify and isolate the problem.
