Do you have Norton 360 loaded on your PC?
If so:
Open Norton 360
Go to Settings - Detailed Settings
From there, turn off 'Backup Status Overlays'

do you have Norton 360 installed?
they look like the backup status indicators added by Norton 360
open Norton 360, select settings from the main window, under the quick controls untick backup status indicators.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, Thank you so much for your valuable question please, These are called backup indicators, Green check mark means that your your files are backed up and blue arrow means that this file is changed since it is last time backed up. You can go to the backup setting to disable them.
