    Right click the ISO file

    Click Open with

    Click File Explorer

Open File Explorer on the Taskbar

    Open This PC

    Right click the mounted DVD

Click Play with VLC player or Windows Media Player

Download official VLC media player for Windows - VideoLAN

I can view the files in the iso file but what do I do with that information.  Clicking on them individually does nothing.

    Hi Jstory,

Within Windows 10, you should be able to right click and mount that ISO.

If you’re looking to explore the contents of the ISO a little further, you can download an application like Win-Rar - https://www.win-rar.com/postdownload.html?&L=0

It’ll allow you to look at it, and see what files are in it.

    I hope this helps!
