Thanks for your time and effort. When i try to add from legacy hardware the list after clicking next is empty. So i think its a hardware issue.I will buy the xbox one controller.

Thank you for getting back to me. While the Xbox 360 wireless receiver is connected, check if you can install the driver via Add legacy hardware:

    1. Press Windows key + R, type in devmgmt.msc and press Enter.
    2. In the Device Manager window, click on Actiontab and select Add legacy hardware.
    3. Click on Next. Choose Install the hardware that I manually select from a list (Advanced).
    4. Scroll down and select Xbox Peripherals.
    5. Click on Next. Select the latest driver forXbox 360 Wireless Receiver for Windows.
    6. Click on Next. You might receive a warning, click on Yes button to proceed.
    7. Reboot your computer.

If the issue persists, I would recommend to send our developers a report regarding this issue through the Feedback Hub. You can either vote on an existing submission or submit a new issue. 4. Important: If possible, reproduce the problem(s) after clicking Begin monitoring (or Start capture) near the end of the form; Stop monitoring when you’re done.
    5. Once you’ve completed the form and monitoring, click Submit.
    6. Click Continue using Feedback Hub.
    7. Click My feedback at the top, then find the item you submitted (it may take a while to appear).
    8. Open the item you submitted, then click Share.
    9. Click Copy link, then paste the link here in your response (it will look like https://aka.ms/ link>).

Let me know if you have other concerns.

Thank you for getting back to me. In the Device Manager window, please check if the Show hidden devices is enabled. You can enable this by click on the View tab and click on it.

If the wireless receiver is still not showing up, kindly uninstall any related application to Xbox 360 Controller under Programs and Features in the Control Panel.

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Regards.
