Remove disks and other media???

I know this has been answered before for someone else but my issue is a bit different. I'm very confused

    When I go to start my computer it says exf remove disks or other media and press any key to restart.. I don't know what media it's talking about.

    Hi LostAndConfused2PD,

    Your system thinks there is a USB flash drive, a DVD or an SD card inserted into one of the slots on your PC, is that not the case?
