Can't disable secure boot in bios/uefi

I'm having trouble installing windows 10 on my new built.

after asking a microsoft employee they told me to disable the secure boot.

but for some reason there is no option for that, its either

  • Other OS
  • Windows UEFI mode

what do i do?

My mobo is a Asus Prime B350-plus

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Install and upgrade

    Probably you would have to ask the device manufacturer for detailed instructions,but did is there an option to clear all keys(or something similar)?
    Also see if there is an option for quick boot-you would have to disable it too.

    Did you tried repeatedly pressing F8 and see if the boot menu pops up after restart?

    You should not need to disable Secure Boot for Windows 10.  I will assume you are running the x64 version so how did you create or purchase the Install Media?

    If the boot media is workable it should boot directly to it or you should be able to bring up a Boot Device menu during the early part of the boot which would have the UEFI version of the install media.
