I understand your where you're coming from. Your privacy is our top priority here in Microsoft as we don't want to share your personal information to anyone. Personally, I don't want to do anything illegal such as engaging in any activity that exploits, harms, send spam, or threatens to harm children which I bet we have the same perception.
Just to answer your question, Anvisoft collects some personal data from you while using their products or services. Now, if you have tried running Windows Defender and McAfee and it did not detect anything unusual, then there should be nothing to be worried about.
