My first question would be, since the headset can pair with multiple devices, how many is it paired with already?

Does the headset show at all, even as an unknown device in the Bluetooth devices?

Are you holding the power button to the right for about 3 seconds to set it in pairing mode.  I suppose you know, if you hold the power button to the right for 10 seconds, it clears all prior paired devices.

Do you have any other Bluetooth devices which are working so you can check your Bluetooth radio?

I just cleared my paired devices and turned the headset off.  Then I went into Windows and set up adding a new device.  After that,  all I had to do was wait for it to see a Headset.  Once I selected the Generic headset, it paired and connected.  I did not have to set the headset to pair.

My headset does have 60% power available.

    Hi Saltgrass,

Yes I know about the pairing mode and clearing previously paired devices.

I can see multiple other Bluetooth devices which are connected and working, just cant see the Bose QC35 II and pair with it?

    Regards

    Phil
