Open Regedit and search HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE->Policies->Google->Update and on update hit Modify and change 0 to 1. Save.
I cannot install applications (like Google Chrome), appears "Your network administrator has applied Group Policy that prevents installation". But I'm the administrator.

I cannot save a files in my folder because admin was restricting it to be saved on that folder. How can it be? I'm the administrator of this PC.
Thanks in advance

This issue may occur if there's corrupted registry key that block you from installing this program. To gain a better grasp of your concern, we need to gather the following information:
- What other applications are you trying to install?
- Aside from that specific browser, are you trying to install apps using Windows Store?
- Is this the first time you experience this error? If yes, have you made any recent changes to your computer prior to this issue?
In the meantime, we suggest downloading the troubleshooter in this article: Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed.

Hello Michelle,
First of all, I just want to thank you for your response!
Actually I'm focusing on Google Chrome to be installed. Other than that, there is no problem at installing. Yes, its my first time to experience this error. I did not change anything prior to this issue. Right after opening my computer yesterday, then it appears.
I downloaded your suggestion but the trouble shooter isn't effective. There is no application in the list that I need to install.
