USB Webcam/microscope not working - No picture)

have 2 webcam both external USB and one works fine but the other has a black screen instead of a picture.

Tried:

update drivers - no

remove from device manager - restart - no

Device manager says "device is working properly - no exclamation mark - no picture

supplier gave me link for latest drivers - installed but no picture. 

both cams are using the same drivers so why does one work and not the other ?

    sorry but this is problem with windows 10 as my camera is working on android phones and other pcs normaly.

    so stop recomending stupid things that got nothing to do with problem and fix what was fixed in win 10 update that made this cameras useless for people worldwide.

    also there is no way in hell that i will use winxp in virtual box just becouse someone has intentionaly broken otherwise working drivers.

    Windows Key+I > Privacy > Camera > Let apps use my camera hardware should be ON

    Let's execute following steps for this problem. Please update me once done.

    1. Use the Hardware & Devices Troubleshooter

    Type Troubleshoot in Windows Start Search box > Click Troubleshoot > Scroll down & Click Hardware & Devices > Click Run the Troubleshooter & follow on-screen directions > Restart the computer after troubleshooting is completed

    1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to invoke Task Manager > Go to the “Processes” tab > See which programs are currently running in the background of the system and If you found an app that uses Camera, end that program
    2. Run Built-in & Guided Walk through Windows Update troubleshooter

    Built-in : Windows Key+X > Click Settings > Click Update & security > Click Troubleshoot > Click Windows Update > Click Run the Troubleshooter

    Check your antivirus software

    Check for an outdated webcam driver

    Roll back your webcam driver

    Uninstall your webcam driver and scan for hardware changes
