mISSING MFC140.DLL

Windows 10 installed. Installing and trying to run an application - fails to start and reports missing MFC140.dll

Any thoughts?

    Hi John, the file MFC140.DLLis part d the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015

    You should download that and install it to resolve these errors:

    Hi, John,

    Try uninstalling/reinstalling the application. It should re-register the .dll.
