We would like to know more about your issue. please answer the following questions below:
- Did you notice any changes on your PC prior to the issue?
- Which type of network connection are you using? (Wired, Wireless Broadband etc.)
- Have you tried using a different browser?
As an initial troubleshooting, I suggest that you run the built-in network troubleshooter. To do this, please follow the steps below:
- Press the Start button > type Troubleshoot then press Enter.
- Under Get up and running, select Internet Connections > click Run the troubleshooter.
- Follow the troubleshooter on-screen instructions.
If the issue still persists, I recommend that you run these networking commands using the Command Prompt window. Please follow the steps below:
- Press the Start button > type Command prompt > right-click on Command Prompt, and then select Run as administrator > Click on Yes.
- Run the following commands in the listed order, and then check if it fixes your issue:
- Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
- Type netsh int ip reset and press Enter.
- Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
- Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
- Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.
