my laptop was upgraded to windows 10 & now my scan snap isn't recognized

    Try update or uninstall and reinstall the drivers

    how update drivers

    Go to Device Manager > select Print Queues > right click in The scan> update driver

    if that didn't work

    uninstall and install the drivers

    Go to Device Manager > select Print Queues > right click in The scan> uninstall Restart your PC, and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.

    If Windows doesn't find a new driver, you can try looking for one on the device manufacturer's website and follow their instructions.

    Hi, i hope you're doing good today.

    The first thing that i would try is to uninstall the Scanner drivers from Windows Device Manager, then go to the Manufacture's Website, download the following drivers and install it:
