    Do you mean you are creating a Hotspot in Windows and want to connect your Printer to that?

    Yes, you can do that, but if you want to print from your PC to that Printer, maybe not, since your PC and Printer will not be on the same network . ..

    Do you have WiFi where you are or are you generating a Hotspot from an Ethernet connection?

    If you have WiFI, the both your PC and Printer should be connected to that and they should then see each other because they will be on the same network . . .
